The management of your administrative staff members and hired employees is fully covered with PayMan payroll software solution. The employee management has following key areas.
Basic details
Every employee has set of basic details to be fulfilled before registering as an employee. Few examples would be, Full name, Date of birth, NIC no, etc. The user friendly interface allows the administrative staff members to add employees easily in to the system and manage them afterwards.
Certificates (Legal, Educational, etc... )
In addition to the basic details, other information such as GS certificate, police certificate, any academic certificates shall be uploaded in to the system and access them when needed.
Promotions
Employee promotions shall be specified and then they automatically enroll in the salary calculation process once the specified factors are met. An example would be, increase the basic salary by Rs 250/- after 1 year of service.
Status management (Absent, terminated, resigned)
In a practical scenario, not all the employees are going to work all the time. In a country like ours, the behaviours of some employees are not all the same. Some employees may stop coming to work with or without any notice. Some employees may temporarily take a leave. With PayMan, all situations are covered and it's just a matter of updating the system with the employee status and the system takes care of processing payments with rational logic.
Re-activation
Either an employee got deactivated due to informed vacation or uninformed absence, PayMan facilitates reactivating them with their history linked to the new activation. If they had any pending loans or any other pending payment, the deductions will be applied with the new activation as well.
Assign/Release duties
Assigning and releasing duties of employees is a common scenario of a manpower agency. Not all the employees work in a single client's site all the time and either temporarily or permanently employees change their place of providing duties. PayMan handles the area of duty assignment/releases with other complications associated with it.
